About

Hi, my name is Gabrielle C. T. Tardif. 
I’m a certified project manager with a lifelong passion for leadership and human growth – subjects I’ve studied, practiced, and trained hundreds of hours in over the past 15 years. 

I’m also the proud mother of two neurodivergent children with special needs and disabilities. 
That experience transformed the way I understand leadership. It taught me that true leadership begins with self-awareness – the courage to look within, understand our patterns, and lead from empathy and integrity. 

Today, I help individuals and organizations apply that same awareness to how they lead, serve, and collaborate. 
Whether in corporate teams or public service, my mission is simple: 
to help people grow through awareness, empathy, and purpose.
